Do you want the results like the sample or do you want it with other things added? Try posting a sample that is exactly like you want the results.

Your sample looks like a pivot table. You could try adding different fields to it to see if you can get the results that you want.

yes, its pivot table, but I don't know how to add date field and we can change dates as per our requirment
