Government file not working

Hello
I could use a little help getting a file to work properly.
This is from a government site as a data entry file.
Then there is a macro button to summarize your data in a .PDF file.
But I get an error with this part:
If (bli2 = 1) Then
ActiveWorkbook.ExportAsFixedFormat Type:=xlTypePDF, Filename:=reportname, _
Quality:=xlQualityStandard, From:=1, _
IncludeDocProperties:=True, IgnorePrintAreas:=False, OpenAfterPublish:=True

If I change the Filename to something in VBA, like Filename:="WeekReport", _ then it will work once, and fault after that.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Could it be that is is trying to save the file with the same name each time it is run?
