HELP!/Links Excel to Word/Change of source

Hello everybody,

I have one excel file and one word file which are linked i.e., information from cells in excel are linked so that they appear at different places on the word file, using the 'paste special' function. The problem I have is when these two files are moved to another computer for instance, the links don't work because I see that the source file is located on the other computer. How do I prevent this from happening? How do I solve this??? It's been screwing with my head for weeks and I haven't found a solution to this yet!!!! Somebody help me please!!!!!! Even a VBA solution would be more than helpful....
