Help Needed with Drop Down Box in Excel 2010

Here is the outcome I am seeking: I have a dropdown box that is generated from a separate worksheet, however that contains a list of 2000 so options to select. What I want to happen is when I start to type in the drop down box, lets say "Consultant" then all fields within the drop down box list that contain the word "consultant" will show when I click the drop box arrow vs all 2000 option showing. Does this make sense?
 

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
