Hello,

I am trying to Highlight multiple cells based on a specific cell. If cell K32 = True, I want cells B2:G239 highlighted in one color and if K32 = False, then no change. I have tried the following with no luck:

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Make the formula:
=$K$32

That's it. No ="TRUE". TRUE becomes a datatype in excel.
