Holiday Entitlement Excel Doc

HI,

Am trying to make a holiday entitlement document for my business and need some help on the formulas as am rubbish on excel. I have found a excel doc on this site but cant get it to work.



Start Date
25/03/2010
Staff Name Hol Year Start Hol Year End Accrual Start Date Today Days In Service Accrued Max Amount
Axsal Johnson 01/01/2010 31/12/2010 25/03/2010 29/11/2011 0 25


Accrual Start Date is Form is =IF(D3>B5,D3,B5)

Accrual Form is =ROUND(F11*(25/(C5-B5)),2)

Can anyone help me on this document.

I can send the excel document to anyone if they like.

Am trying to set up a document on excel that calculated my staff holiday entitlement.

I would like the following on the doc

Name
Start Date
Holiday Year Start 01/01/2010
Holiday Year End 31/12/2011
Holiday they accrued throughout the year
Holiday Entitlement
What is left of there entitlement
