Hi there,
I am wondering how to combined multiple cells, in 2 columns into one. IE:

Last Name First Name Full Name

Smith John Smith, John
Shepherd Matt Shepherd, Matt
.... .... ....

I used the Concatenate(A2:B2) formula but I was wondering how to do this for 500 plus name on my list.

Thank you in advance.

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.

Hey!

I dont see anything wrong with that, you can just drag the formula all the way down....

Welcome to the Board!

Just copy your formula down for all your rows.
Excel will automatically adjust the cell references accordingly.

Note, if you want the comma between each name, try:
Code:
=A2 & ", " & B2
