I would like to link table 1 and table 2 together and the return as the results table. I have tried using many-to-many relationships in power pivot but it doesn't work. Can someone please show me some guidance as to how to tackle this issue?

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Surely that's a one to many relationship? Each Dest is only present once in Table1 from what you have shown.
