How to get multiple sheets to have the same columns?

I have multiple sheets that have columns in various orders but I want them all to line up to this order:

also is it possible to fill the various sheets with the max amount of information based on column A. If all the columns match in the 4 sheets, then is it possible to fill the other sheets based on column A, instead of doing a vlookup for each sheet.
