How to get next Higher value

Hello Friends,

i have some data like this

I want to extract data from this table like this.

When i put a value like 32 it should extract next higher value of 32 like in this table it is 36. so it should extract 36. When i type value 37 it should extract 42 (next higher number)

Can it possible.?
