I need the formula to automatically add 7 years to a date to get the expire date of a product. Column C is my purchase date and I need a formula to add 7 years to my purchase date and place the new date in column K. Column K is the product expire date. My date format is 5/30/2014. Example: once I enter 5/30/2014 in C2 I need excel to automatically enter 5/30/2021 in K2.

Dear Sheetspread. Thank you for your reply. The code works great except that it causes problems on rows where the purchase date C is blank. I have many rows where C is blank and the formula makes the date on K arbitrarily read 12/31/1906 for no apparent reason. If C2 is blank then K2 needs to be blank also. Is there any adjustments to the code to make this happen?? Thank you so much for your help.
