If Formula 1% or 10% Choice

hi all...

i am looking formula to calculate this data below, have only 2 choice clue 1% or 10%
if 1%, the math formula 100/101*data, otherwise if 10% the math formula 100/110*data

clue	data	expected result
1%	5000	=100/110*5000
10%	3000	=100/101*3000
1%	2000	=100/101*2000
1%	100	=100/101*100
1%	4500	etc..
10%	1200
etc..

He shouldn't have and that is not what I was suggesting he do - I hope he didn't think it was! I asked for him to post his new requirements here, as the goalposts had been shifted. Looks like he got his answer in the other thread, though. I hope he doesn't change his mind again about what he really wants.
