hi is there a way of changing..
Sheets("inv1").Range("A26").PasteSpecial

to insert paste instead

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.

Howdy Andy, try inserting:

Range(MyRange).Copy
Sheets("inv1").Range("A26").Insert Shift:=xlDown
Application.CutCopyMode = False
