Hey guys! Need some help and I haven't the slightest clue where to start. I have a spreadsheet for employee clothing inventory that's sorted by what each employee has in their possession, but I need to make a 2nd sheet to account for what employees have overall. IE, Jessica has 3 skirts and so do 8 other girls, so I need VBA that finds "skirts", and adds the # in the next column for a total number of skirts and them puts that # in the correct cell on the other page. To further that, taking size and m/f into account would be my next task, but getting the basics down first would be very helpful.

Here's an example section of the sheet I have:

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
