Hi

I have an excel workbook with multiple tables in there

The reason why i have tables is that i have the ability to have mutiple filters whereas normal filters only allow you to have 1 filter so cant have multiple filters on 2 data sets on same sheet which is what I need

How can i share the workbook without having to convert to a range or is there a way around it?

im using excel 2013

thank you

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Uzma Shaheen,

It is always easier to help and test possible solutions if we could work with your actual file.

Perhaps you could upload a copy of your file to a free site such as www.box.com or www.dropbox.com.

Once you do that, mark it for 'Sharing' and you will be given a link to the file that you can post here.

Include a detailed explanation of what you would like to do referring to specific cells and worksheets.

If the workbook contains confidential information, you could replace it with generic data.

Not that I am aware of.
In the latest versions of Excel, Sharing has been replaced by 'co-authoring' which does allow tables and other features that were not available with the older-style sharing.
