ISO formula for moving contents in a merged cell to bottom row not top row when unmerging

In the above example, this report comes to me with the part number 66677702162 merged with the cell below it. When I unmerge, it puts the part number in the top row, but I need it in the bottom row with the bold bill qty and sales numbers so i can perform vlookups against this data.
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
How do you do thee unmerge? If you do it through a macro, you can have the macro move the part no to the bottom cell
