All,

I am seriously wrestling with this, and am hopeful you can help. My data set is pretty simple. I have as my pivot, theRegion and the facility as the data, and have listed a count of invoices presented for payments, and also a count of invoices that have been delayed. I would line to add a 3rd view to show me the success of that facility. As of today, I have to dump the data and add my formula which becomes challenging. I have edited, as they type mashed together.

i hope this makes sense as it is tough to explain or add anything as I am on an ipad traveling. Help!

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Let's try this: I have 4500 lines of data that show me a bunch of jibberish except invoices offered and of those, which have been rejected and why. Let's say A:1 thorough A:15 is my data set, with the invoices presented in A:14 and rejected reasoning in A:15. The count is more or less of just cells with data for the rejected piece. These are the fields that I am getting a count total on. My formula therefore, to get my success rate is =1-(A:15/A:14). But I cannot get that to take either by calculated field, of by the "show% of" option
