Thanks,

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Well, I don't know of a keyboard shortcut, but you could use the following hotkey combinations:

Alt, E, S

This will bring up the paste special dialog.

Thanks...I just figured out all I have to do is create a macro and assign a short cut to the macro....it seems to be working fine...

Thanks!!

Hi Kris, those are the shortcuts for copy and paste, however, I need to paste "special". Meaning, I have formula's that are returning values, when I copy the cell, I don't want to paste the formula, so I need to right click where I want to paste, choose, paste special, and then choose values...I've been doing this for several days now with one years worth of historical data.....I'm not even half way done... :( Every second I can shave off really helps....

Thanks for responding and have a good day,

Use: ALT+E and S (ALT + E then leave the key and press S)
