looking for total values across multiple worksheets

I need help!..

I need a formula that looks for the data related to a specific cell across multiple worksheets and returns the the cell name along with the sum of all the its data.
For example the part number 00045 has a column listing if was either deleted or added and another column listing the qty from and another column listing the qty to. This shows if the qty went from 2 to 0 or reversal from 2 to 0 if it was deleted

There are 190 worksheets in total, the item & value will sometimes not be present or the value may be different across sheets.
