Macro for calculating only selected cells

Hi All

I am working on an exceptionally large excel model and want to save calculation/update time. I want to select a range of cells and then have a macro to calculate only those cells (as opposed to the entire sheet or workbook).

I have little experience with macros (outside of recording them), so the full selection of code would be appreciated.
