Hi All. Very much a novice when it comes to mail merging. I've got a data set which consists of individuals who are overdue completing a training course and their line managers email addresses. Instead of line managers getting multiple email addresses where they have more than one report that is overdue completing the training i'd like to be able to have them receive an email with all of their reports in one.

Sample data:

Basically, what I want in peter@company.com's instance would be:

Hi Peter,

The following reports of yours are overdue training:
Bob
John
Joe

Any help very much appreciated.
