I have a pivot table that has 5 columns

They are currently arranged 31452
I would like them (and obviously the information in the columns) to be arranged 12345.

Is there any way to do this (in the wizard, right clicking, advanced options, etc)

The only way I can think of is to copy/Paste values and then cut and paste the columns manually.

Thanks,

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
You should be able to just drag the field headers to rearrange them.

once the table is created the titles function as normal cells and don't move. they just highlight when you click and drag.

In the layout options the top is just one category (1/2/3/4/5)
and the table breaks it down into 5 columns. So I can't move them around in the layout either, so I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are saying.

Do I have to hold down a button or something to move them?

If you select one of the header cells, then move the mouse pointer to the edge of the cell and click and drag (as you would move a normal cell) it should move the whole data column.

What is your pivot table and it's source data?

What is it you want to sort 12345?
