Dear all,

https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B2kA5LQXm97jX2FBSU9odm9tNXM

On the above spreadsheet I have two tabs. On the first tab I have 18 teaching assistant named and each assigned a colour (TA1, TA2 etc). In their relevant columns the code for the class and teacher they will be working with appears. Currently there are only 5 entries e.g. cell D3 tells me that on a week 1 Mon period 1 TA1 will be working with 11x/Sc2a.

This class code and teacher will be copied into all spaces for each TA from the second tab - period timetables.

I am hoping someone will know a way of the timetable on the periods timetable tab to turn into the relevant TA colour once this is copied into the TA tab. I believe the period (column B on the TA timetable tab) will need to be looked up and referenced along with the timetable code appearing in each TA column.

Any solutions welcome!

Steve
