What i actually need is as below, i need a formula or vlookup for below scenario

1. It will check Idea code and Champs from Both Excel file if both are available in two excel sheet then it will add the "Review" column data from Excel2 into the "Flowchart" column in Excel1

Makesure rows will be dynamic
