Need help with dashboarding

Can someone help me with dashboarding? I've got data where you can see who (Column 'Plant') did something during the month.
I need to easily see during the month who did something that month/this year. And I want to easily see/select where it is not going great during the month/year.
This data will be updated every month.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. :)

I guess I need to do something with PivotCharts.
