Need number increment formula

Using Excel 2010
Hello,

In cell C1 value “1” and in cell C2 value “9”

In B6 I want “1 & 9” B7 “2 & 10” B8 “3 & 11”

And increment by 1 from initial values in C1:C2. Please suggest formula

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Put this formula in cell B6 and copy down:

=($C$1+ROW()-6) & " & " & ($C$2+ROW()-6)
