Need to seperate data of different length in separate columns

hi,

Please help me seperate data after every space, in separate columns. I did see similar queries answered by others but it would be great if you could help me sort the data. For eg, the data mentioned below needs to be separated into separate columns (after every SPACE)

In your data menu, use Text to Columns function. make sure the cells to the right are blank as text to columns will overwrite anything there.

Looking at this some more, you're still going to have problems because some people have middle initials, others do not and that will throw off your columns.

It might be easier to fix those than everything though.
