Needing help moving rows automatically and inserting date

I am needing help moving a rows to another worksheet when a cell is marked as completed and transferring every 3 hours. I am also needing the date inserted into a new cell when it is transferred to the othered to the new worksheet into the F column. I'm new at this and have been trying to learn but all I have managed to come up with so far is having the macro set-up but have to run it manually.
