Normal distribution

Hi all,
I have multiple sets of data from 1-100 that I would like to normalize so they can be compared. I'd like to convert the data into new scales based on their old standard deviations, but with a new mean of 50. I've tried using NORMDIST and at first glance, it works, but when I plot the information on a histogram, I quickly realize it's not returning the bell curve I'm looking for.

Any ideas?
