Not really sure what to use Vlookup, Index Match, Transpose ??????

I've copied my spreadsheet with comments on both tabs, I wanted to upload the file but I don't see a link to upload the file.

Basically I am trying to take the raw data that is listed horizontally for each person, and then on the 2nd tab it should recap each person's order vertically.

Not sure which is the best way to approach this.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
