not to reduce Fractions

Hello, I'm a teacher that has been delegated a task by a supervisor, and I need some help. My boss wants scores reported as fractions for end year tests. The denominator tells us which individual test, but excel wants to keep reducing the fraction. How can I get excel to not reduce the fraction.

click on cell D1. then hit CNTRL + C (This copies the cell). then highlight all of the cells that you want to copy that formula to, and then hit CNTRL + V (This pastes.) you can also use the right click on any cells that you have highlighted to modify the cells in any way you like. I would encourage you to spend alot of time messing around in Excel and figuring out what the features do by using HELP. Eventually, you'll get to know the program well enough.
