Open and copy html files and paste data into Excel Sheet

Hi I Want Open html files which are in a folder and copy its all data and then paste the data into one excel sheet.
So I want to combine all data of html files which are basically order slips and merge them into one excel sheet.I want extract information from it.
But I am unable to do so.
Please help me.
