paste a cell value with 2 conditions

I will need to create a button that can be named "Validate". By clicking on this button the total in cells E20 and F20 will be copied into the "Paste" sheet in the corresponding case. (Name and date)

Unfortunately I can't see whether which picture belongs to which sheet (unknown sheetname or "Paste" sheet) nor the headers of rows and columns in the second picture.
