Pivot row filtered count grand total spits entire data

When you apply filter on row section of the pivot table to get the value the pivot shows the correct filtered count .

But when you double click the grand total to view the filtered data , instead of showing that particular data pivot spits the entire data .

I have tried many attempts and reach but could not found solution . Anyone please suggest . I think this is a bug in excel.

My data in row section of pivot is is text and not numbers .

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
