I have not found the solution for this yet - so thanks for those who have an idea to answer
I have a pivot table which summarize suppliers & their amounts
This works great but I want to show only the top 10 suppliers AND keeping all the others in a group called "Others" for instance...
Another problem is quite similar but I want just to retain the suppliers which counted for 90% of the total amount & the remaining as "Others"
Is anybody having an clue on how to do that in the pivot table ? :wink:
Note : actually I work around this problem by using formulas in the worksheet against the main pivot table...
