Dear all,

A few different but related questions. Is there a way to adjust the group range for Pivot table? For example, I want to group by different intervals such as from 1-10 , 11-25, 26-30 etc. I know manually grouping works....but I'll be constantly adding new data and thus don't want to manually regroup everything.

In addition, is there a way to group the sum in the pivot table? For example, I have a list of different companies and each company has an amount and a parent no. associated with it. I want to group anything from 1-10 together. So in the following table, the "Sum of Amount" 7 and 10 should be grouped together. I'd appreciate any help!

Parent # Company NameAmountSum of Amount
123ABC2
XYZ810
124EFG5
HIJ27
156KLM8
OPQ1018
