Hi

Is it possible to measure the number of events that occur in a time window.

The time window is from
2016-02-12 16:00 to 18:00

Actual timestamp
2016-02-12 16:43

I want to know how many events took place in / outside the given time window.

Is this possibile?

It is an example for date window (the one is based on AdventureWorks DW 2012.accdb)
it is for in

Transactions between dates=
CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('FactInternetSales'),'FactInternetSales'[OrderDate]>=DATE(2002,1,1) && 'FactInternetSales'[OrderDate]<=DATE(2002,12,31))

it is for outside

Transaction outside dates=
CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('FactInternetSales'),'FactInternetSales'[OrderDate]<DATE(2002,1,1) || 'FactInternetSales'[OrderDate]>DATE(2002,12,31))
