Power Query fetching data from database for every query

Hi,
Consider the attached image.

1. I fetch a few 100k records from a database into SER_Base_SQL and MC_Base_SQL
   1. I add Table.Buffer() as the last line of code for each query
2. Then I reference MC_Base_SQL in a new Query DueAssesments and perform some operations

After closing the PowerQuery editor and refreshing the query in excel the DueAssesments query is also shown to fetching the data from database

? Why

I have 15 more queries and each query is build upon the result of a previous query but each query is shown to be fetching data from the database xxxx rows from ./DBNamento. Shouldn't PowerQuery just use the result from previous query.
