I have a list of countries expressed in percentages of a universe

Universe = 100% , individual countries as follows

Japan6%
China 2.60%
Korea1.20%
India2%
HK0.60%
SingaporE0.30%
Taiwan1.70%
Total14%

How do I rebase those countries to 100% in Excel? so that say for example Japan becomes x % of those 14% total
