Destination cell is G6 on a tab named "Value"

My source will come from tab named "Analytics" on this tab, columns H through S have data representing the previous months analytics. For example, cell H6 has data from January, I6 has data from February, J6 from March and so on. In G6 from the Value tab, I want it to populate with the latest month data. So on May 1st, it should pull the April data from cell K6 on the Analytics tab, then on June first, it should pull the May data from L6 and so on.

The tweak to the above is I can't pull the data on the first of the following month, I have to wait until the 10th. so as outlined above, I really should have said on May 10th.... on June 10th... etc.

Thanks in advance for the help.
