HI , I have 5 pivot tables , 3 are connected on 1st raw data and other 2 are connected on 2nd raw data and I am trying to refresh them using both Excel refreshall button or Alt+f5 and I even tried macros(activeworkbook.refreshall) but It's not working for the first try , All I need to do is to refresh it twice to get all pivot tables updated, Is this because I have different source data?

Any help on this will be much appreciated, Thanks

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
This may be totally off, but, do you have the settings to automatically calculate your tables...?

If not; Go to the Formulas tab, and over to the right, check what calculation options you have it on.

It could be set to not calculate inside tables...
