Regression - LINEST() Function Error

Hello,

I'm trying to run a simple regression analysis on my Y and X variables but I get this error 'Regression - LINEST() function returns error. Please check input ranges again'. I have checked that my columns does not contain any blank cells. What else can be a reason for this? I really need to do this regression. Please help. Below is the link to the data.

which set of data is you working on?
you haven't included the column headers, have you?

Add on comment: The Y variable is NDVI and X variable is Area.

No I selected the range from row 2 leaving out the headers in row 1.

I imported this data from a GIS software and I was verifying blank cells in that software. Somehow there seems to be a problem in the import process that these two cells were left blank. Many thanks !
