Remove security settings for new blank DB

I created a small Access 2003 DB for our office recently. Afterward my boss requested I make it password protected. I used the Security Wizard to establish a Full Permissions user name and a Read-Only Users username with different usernames and passwords. It seems to work fine. HOWEVER, now when I open Access and create a new "Blank database" it asks for my username and password. I don't want to have to enter a username and password everytime I use Access for other purposes now. I only wanted the security settings to apply to that one specific database. How do I turn this off without screwing up the security settings to the new DB I created. Thanks!

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
To tell the truth, I'm not sure. :( Is there a way to check? I want to say I created a new one but can't say for sure.
