Retrieve and combine/join cell data with specific criteria

I am currently using this formula to retrieve and combine multiple cell data into one cell and make them comma separated

JOIN(",",TRANSPOSE(B3:B69))



But is it possible to do the same but only retrieve cell data in column B is the corresponding A column cell equals certain criteria (example = "yes")

yes	john	john,paul,jake,dave
yes	paul
no	jake
no	dave

You might need to enter two helper columns (D and E), but the below might help?

For C3 enter

=IF(A3="yes",E3,"")

For D3 enter

=B3

For E3 enter

=D3&","&E4

Copy all formulas down to the end.
