Afternoon all,

I need some help. I would like to create a 6 week rota that show 15-20 drivers shift pattern. Now this is where it gets complicated. I need to it be easy for me to print and hand to a switch board operator and understand. So the rules are:

Driver 1 will work 4 x 12 hours days on and then 2 days off. Then he comes back in to work 4 x 12 hour night shifts and then he is off for 2 days again. It will be rolling like this for the 6 weeks. Driver 2 will work opposite shifts. Driver 3 will work.
Driver 3 will work 24 hours on and 24 off over 6 weeks.
Driver 4 will work just 12 hour day shift and 12 off.
Driver 5 will work just 12 hour night shift and 12 off.

I was hoping that if I select a cell, a drop down appears of all the names of staff, I select the relevant name and it will auto populate the rest of the 6 weeks. Can this be done and where do I start?

Many thanks
