Run a dialog sheet from another dialog sheet

please tell me how i can run a dialog sheet from another dialog sheet
i.e. by clicking a button to run a macro to open the sheet

o and as an afterthought, could anyone tell me how to automatically run a form when the file is opened, the FAQ one from mrexcel doesnt work for me
