secondary axis with unit conversions

I'm trying to create a scatter chart plotting flow rate vs pressure. However i'd like to show flow rate in two different units, gal/min and liters/min on the y and secondary y-axis. On the x and secondary x axes i'd like to show units of psi and kPa.

Is there a way to do this?
