show message when workbook is saving

i would like to show a message when the workbook is saving as i have a big document and it can take up to 30 seconds to save. i would like the message to be displayed until the process is complete.

does any one have any ideas?

i am more looking for some thing that pops up during the save process, basically because when the workbook is doing an automatic recovery save users mayn't know its saving and because it can take up to 30 seconds they are unaware why they are unable to not use the workbook
