I believe that this is not possible but I am trying to help OP of this thread. I do not really understand the issue but I want to try to assist if possible.
He needs to create a PDF binder containing hundreds of PDF files with "signatures." For some reason it seems that without recreating/reprinting the PDFs (OP says print as PDF) before putting them into a binder the "signatures" are not included. OP says "I need to print As PDF first manually to retain the signatures."
Not sure if merely renaming then saving will work but I presume not. I thought that perhaps embedding the original into Excel then printing it will work.
So, is there a way to use the built-in pdf creation functionality of Excel to "print" an existing PDF to another folder so the originals are not affected? If so does user have to interact with Adobe app after "printing" is completed.
