split it into firstname and lastname color difference is the only identity

i have data like FirstnameLastname

JamesLee
williamsmith

where


firstname is in black color
and
last name is in red color
there is no space b/w first name and last name


i want to split it into first name and last name
only identity b/w first name and last name is color difference....


please help
